Please read these terms and conditions of Matrix-36 Pharmacy carefully before accessing, using, or obtaining any materials, information, products, or services. By accessing the Matrix-36 Pharmacy website or any other feature of the Matrix-36 Pharmacy platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register with Matrix-36 Pharmacy. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. By using Matrix-36 Pharmacy, you represent and warrant that:
All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete
You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary
You have the legal capacity, and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions
You will not access Matrix-36 Pharmacy through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise
You will not use Matrix-36 Pharmacy for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Your use of Matrix-36 Pharmacy will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of Matrix-36 Pharmacy (or any portion thereof).
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY
Matrix-36 Pharmacy provides a seamless and convenient way for patients and clients to purchase medicines from pharmacy retailers without compromising quality and ethics. Order processing is confirmed by payment. Orders above #50,000 attract free shipping to select areas within Lagos. Delivery will be done within 24 working hours of order placement for addresses within Lagos and 3-5 working days outside Lagos. If there are any changes to the order for reasons beyond our control, your will be notified accordingly.
PAYMENTS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
All payments will be processed via our online payment gateway. A transaction fee may be charged by the payment gateway depending on the total order value. Matrix-36 Pharmacy does not store card details used for payments. For failed transactions, if debited, there should be an automatic reversal by the processing bank if Matrix-36 Pharmacy does not receive settlements for that value.
Reasons and Conditions for Return or Exchange
Only the following reasons are considered valid for a return or exchange.
- Wrong Product(s) – If the product(s) delivered to you is different from the ordered product(s).
- Expiry Date – If the product(s) delivered to you is expired or is within 6 months of expiry and there is no prior notice of the expiry date.
- Production Error or Batch Error – If the product(s) delivered to you has production or batch error from the manufacturer or if there is a recall for a batch.
- Damaged or Defective Product(s) – If the product(s) delivered to you is damaged or defective.
Return Fraud
Return Fraud and Penalty Return fraud will be defined as the use of deceptive methods to abuse or take advantage of the return process to gain credit or money or goods. Matrix-36 Pharmacy frowns on Return fraud and customers will be penalized for it. If you are suspected of return fraud, you will be monitored very closely to prevent subsequent reoccurrence. If there is a repeat, your account on the platform will be flagged and eventually, you will be barred from the platform and your account deleted.
What Products can be Retuned or Exchanged?
All Products but cold chain products, medical consumables and discounted products can be returned or exchanged.
When will Items be Returned or Exchanged?
The product(s) to be returned or exchanged must be returned within 3 working days after delivery.
Duration to Process Returns or Exchanged Product(s)
A maximum of 7 working days will be used to process and resolve returned product(s).
In what conditions will Items be Returned?
Except in cases of a Production or Batch Error as well as Damaged or Defective product(s), all products sent for return or exchange:
- Must be returned in the same condition that they were received.
- Must be returned in the original package.
- Must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Must be returned with a copy of the sale receipts.
What can Products be Returned for?
Product(s) can be returned for other product(s) or in-store credit.
How will a Return or Exchange be Initiated?

MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of Matrix-36 Pharmacy at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of Matrix-36 Pharmacy without notice at any time.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of Matrix-36 Pharmacy.
We cannot guarantee Matrix-36 Pharmacy will always be available. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to Matrix-36 Pharmacy, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify Matrix-36 Pharmacy at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use Matrix-36 Pharmacy during any downtime or discontinuance of Matrix-36 Pharmacy.
